With Avid since 2007, he has held various roles in Customer Care and Product Management. Jonathan holds a BM in Sound Recording Technology and an MS in Innovation and Tech Entrepreneurship. At work, he is passionate about exploring the opportunities that new technologies bring to the media industry. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking and time with his family and pets. Jonathan is based out of Avid HQ in Burlington, MA.

Working as Business Development Manager, Cloud & SaaS Practice, Danny is a driving force behind Avid’s SaaS offerings, including Avid | Edit On Demand. He brings a keen perspective on customer challenges and needs based on his previous roles as a Solutions Specialist and PreSales Manager during his nine-year tenure at Avid. Danny first became familiar with Avid while studying at Middlesex University in London. He also gained post-graduate experience in Newsroom and Post-Production Management and lecture courses in TV Production — Technical Arts at Middlesex. Danny enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with film, music, games and technology in his free time.

With over a decade at Sony, Michael oversees customer success and ensures reliable implementation and onboarding of Sony's Ci solutions to customers worldwide. Previously, he held key roles at SDL Language Weaver, ARTISTdirect, InterTube Technologies and Vignette, where he demonstrated his leadership and technical expertise. Michael has a master's degree in international affairs from the American University School of International Service and a bachelor's degree in international studies. With his broad knowledge and extensive experience, Michael excels in providing exceptional customer service and driving successful technology implementation.
